Delivery times depend on your place of residence. Your package is generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours maximum and delivered in 1 to 3 days in France, Switzerland, and the European Union. Returns are subject to the conditions of sale and refund in force at Horus Hair. If you change your mind, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your standard equipment to us. Returns are accepted, but only if the product is still in the original packaging. This possibility is added your rights as a consumer to return defective products. For more details, see the section “What should I do if I have received a defective item?” below.

If you do wish to return your order or some of the items it contains, please use our online self-service website or contact us directly. Be sure to provide the following information:

  • your web order number;
  • the full address where we can collect the goods;
  • a telephone number where you can be contacted;

Upon receipt of your email, we will send you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Clearly indicating this number on the packaging of the goods to be returned will help expedite processing.

On the other hand, if your product has a manufacturing defect or an anomaly not related to improper use, we will exchange it. You have 30 days after receiving your package to contact us.

Depending on your place of residence, and more particularly in the French overseas departments and territories, Andorra and Monaco, customs charges may be requested by your delivery person and are in no way dependent on our will.
